Syrah - 2025
More elegant than the previous vintage, with a cooler character. The winemaking method is similar to that of the previous vintage. It was aged in the same barrel as the previous vintage, but we were able to harvest much less fruit this year, so the barrel ratio was 70%. Freshly bottled, promising, but still young.
