Chardonnay 5+1

The first harvest. Mid-September, our own grapes, ripe berries. What the starlings didn't take away, we fermented in steel tanks at low temperatures. High alcohol content, serious body. Partially small, barely noticeable barrel use. 500-liter, used Kádár. Recommended chilled, better with food than on its own.
