Compared to the first, earlier harvest, more moderate alcohol, good acids. This year we beat the starlings to it and harvested in early September. Here, the Chardonnay-based wine is colored by Zöld veltelíni and Olasz rizling. Our estate began with these three grapes. After harvest, rapid processing, tank fermentation at low temperature. It was not in barrels. Fresh, cold, in a spritzer or on its own.
