Syrah - 2024
This was the last harvest of the year, in mid-September. It fermented spontaneously in open vats for two weeks, then finished fermenting in tanks after pressing. At the same time, a smaller batch fermented and matured in barrels – new 500-liter French oak barrels – where it rested until the next harvest, after which we blended and bottled it. The end result: a full-bodied, spicy, yet easy-to-drink red wine with substance, character, and something indescribable. It is neither loud nor timid. Simply put: Syrah, just the way we like it.
